5. Products and Purchases

5.1 Product Information

We strive to display our artwork and products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer or device display of colors will be accurate. Dimensions and specifications are provided as a guide only.

5.2 Pricing and Availability

All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The availability of products is subject to change without notice.

5.3 Payment Terms

We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the locations specified on our website. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Original artwork sales are final unless the artwork arrives damaged. For prints and merchandise, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is in its original condition. Custom commissions are non-refundable once approved by the client.

8. Commissions

Commissioned artwork requires a non-refundable deposit. The artist reserves the right to refuse a commission request. The final artwork may vary from initial sketches or discussions as part of the creative process.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website:

In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the artist, an employee, or another user
To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the website
To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
To use the website for any commercial solicitation purposes without our prior written consent

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eye of Canne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the website or any products purchased through the website.
